Bonnis Properties successfully preserved the iconic 1936 Art Deco theatre at 3123 West Broadway through a comprehensive heritage renovation completed in 2020.
Working with award-winning architects MA+HG, the project restored original architectural elements including the ornate plaster ceiling, wood wainscoting, and vintage neon signage while transforming the venue into a vibrant arts and cultural space for live music, theatre, film, and events. This restoration was complemented by the adjacent Hollywood Residences mixed-use development.
