In 2011, Bonnis Properties acquired this site along with two adjacent properties (780 Main St. and 728 Main St.) for redevelopment as a mixed-use condominium tower.
Bonnis managed the property from acquisition and worked with consultants to guide the project through planning, design, and a successful entitlement process, securing rezoning approval followed by the development permit.
The entitled development site was approved for an 11-storey building with 75 market condo units, 19 social housing units, and ground-floor commercial space, totaling 90,903 sq. ft. of gross floor area. The fully-entitled site was then sold.
